The ACSC Constituent Services Data Task Force published an article about the America Contacts Congress project in the March/April 2020 edition of the Society of American Archivists’ Archival Outlook magazine.
The article, “Dear Senator and Representative: Saving Congressional Correspondence Data,” discusses the ongoing efforts of the congressional archives community to preserve and provide access to an important resource that documents constituent relationships with the Federal Government.
