After careful consideration, ACSC’s Executive Committee has come to the decision to cancel our 2020 annual meeting in Starkville, Mississippi. We wish we did not have to take this action, but the safety of our members and our communities are more important, and based on the CDC’s new guidelines we could not risk contributing to the spread of COVID-19.
I want to thank Ryan Semmes and the rest of the Programming Committee in Mississippi for all of their hard work. We were truly looking forward to coming together with colleagues to enjoy the meeting that you had planned. It is my hope that the annual meeting will be held at Mississippi State University in 2021 or 2022.

- If you already paid your registration fee, it will be refunded. If you have questions, please contact Danielle Emerling (danielle.emerling@mail.wvu.edu)
- Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation. There will be no cancellation fees. Courtyard Starkville MSU at the Mill Conference Center
